Milos Djurkovic is senior executive with 25+ years of experience in leading and managing international teams. Milos is the most effective when in a leadership role in a growing forward-thinking organization. He is focused on creating dynamic teams, cross group-collaboration, building and managing customer relationships, and training/mentoring teams to outperform the competition. He is excellent people motivator, leader and strategic thinker.
Milos is Managing Partner in Amrop Serbia, leading executive search and leadership development company in the region. He was the Director responsible for Adriatic Region in SAS Institute, General Manager of Hewlett Packard and IBM Serbia as well as the Head of the Representative Office of Cisco, responsible for the regional markets.
Between 2011 and 2014 he held the position of the President of American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia. Moreover, he was member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank Serbia from 2014 to 2018. He is a Board Member of Serbia’s AI society, active member of the Association of Serbian Corporate Directors, Serbian Association of Managers and Vice-President of the Rowing Club “Red Star”.
Milos graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He was continuously working on his professional development on most prominent institutions such as, among others, INSEAD and IBM Leadership Development Centre.
Milos is married and father of two. He is big fan of sports and an active life promoter.
